The Opportunity

We are looking for a well organized, competent and self-starter office Administrator to join our growing team in Downtown Vancouver. The candidate should be a highly motivated individual and responsible for directly supervising and maintaining all office administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating the management of office duties and perform all other duties as required
  • Executive assistant duties including helping to  plan and coordinate employee and client meetings for VoPay executives
  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Responsible for answering external and internal calls/emails and relaying accurate messages
  • Managing and organize office meetings and function
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with team members, partners, and clients
  • Oversee office, managing supplies and pantry care.

Experience and Qualifications

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years of corporate administrative experience preferred.
  • Professional behaviour and effective communication - clear and concise verbal and written communication to convey substance/intent
  • Relationship building - initiate contact readily and devote time to maintain
  • Organizing and planning - manage time, maximize productivity
  • Team Player - Team-oriented, share resources, assist other areas

Skills and Experiences:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and prioritization of tasks.
  • Professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service orientation with a polite and professional manner
