Company Description:

Interlink Realty has been servicing the Greater Vancouver Area and providing Trading and Property Management Services since 1988. The Brokerage was acquired by Interlink (2008) Realty Corporation in 2008 and further developed into a stronger and better services Brokerage by providing more professional services including strata management, residential and commercial sales, as well as leasing and business consultations for industrial, corporations and institutions.

Job duties:

  • Access the trading and property management services to design proper marketing and promotion strategies
  • Support the marketing department and real estate consultants to prepare appropriate advertising initiatives and deliverables
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns for real estate products and property management service
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing plans through appropriate media 
  • Monitor, research and report on all marketing activities and performance for the executive team and audiences
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures?newspaper, and posters
  • Coordinate and plan publicity events and promotions including inside and outside event management
  • Brainstorm and provide ideas for ongoing campaigns and update consultants’ social channels
  • Discovery and research marketing and promotion opportunities to improve the brand awareness of the company
  • Analyze competitors’ marketing activities and recent property products to coordinate and make adjustment of ongoing marketing campaigns

Job requirements:

Education:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, management, or business administration or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required

Work experience:

  • 5-8 years related experience is required 
  • At least 3 years working experience in the real estate industry is required

Skills:

  • Excellent analyzing and problem solving skills
  • Be familiar with latest social media and advertising channels
  • Be able to organize and coordinate multiple projects
  • MS Office skills are required
  • Have a good understanding of the Chinese market

Languages:

  • English skill is required
  • Mandarin and other language skills are an asset
