VoX International Inc. is a leading destination marketing company providing effective sales, marketing and public relation solutions to international Tourism and Hospitality clients.

 We are looking for an energetic candidate to organize our busy team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of busy account managers
  • Flight and hotel bookings for staff and familiarization tours
  • Assistance with RFPs and new business projects
  • Manage all incoming & outgoing courier and mail
  • Manage & maintain office information technology
  • Assist with events

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience booking travel arrangements
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Self-starter
  • Must be organized and reliable
