We are a Tour Company, which operates tours in the countries of Europe and South America. Our business history started from passion of old traditions and deep culture of Ukraine and the Old World.

What do we expect from our future employee:

  • Communication with the customers and travel agents on daily basis through email and phone.
  • Communications with European offices regarding updates
  • Administrative tasks such as:
    • New tour registrations
    • Booking agreements
    • Follow up with current clients 
    • Maintain tour spreadsheets up to date 
    • Mailing
    • Document workflow maintenance

The ideal background of a Customer Support Representative at Cobblestone:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Support for one year.
  • Articulate and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Passionate and results driven individual.
  • Desirable – knowledge of Ukrainian and Eastern European markets.

What do we offer:

  • Work in dynamic company
  • Full-time position of 40 hours per week (9 am to 5 pm)
  • Hourly salary of $16 
  • The pay may grow after three months probationary period .

START DATE: DECEMBER 1, 2018.
