Job Description: 

Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Client Care Coordinator.  This person will be providing 1st-level remote telephone Apple Tech Support to their clients.  They will also be acting as a project logistics coordinator ensuring projects are successfully completed. There is the opportunity to learn, use the latest tools & hardware while earning a competitive pay. 
 
Permanent, Full-time position (40 hours per week, possibility of weekend work as well)  Work with the latest Apple technology Work with clients and deliver outstanding customer service while building great relationships Work independently, while having the responsibilities of managing the help/support desk 
 
Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two years experience supporting and troubleshooting Apple products
  • Must have:
    • IT support experience in business environments
    • Great communication skills and be able to translate technical lingo into every day human language
  • Must be:
    • Able to troubleshoot OS X
    • Detail oriented, task driven and enjoy following processes
    • Able to work under pressure and to react quickly Sales/Customer service experience is an asset
