Job Description:

Our client is holding a conference from the 25th - 30th of October, and we are looking for Bilingual Event Assistants (English/French) to assist with the overall running of the event. You will be assisting with Registration check in, program/AV monitoring, Exhibition check in, general customer service roles, etc


  • Must be fluent in both English and French
  • Previous customer service, hospitality or event experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, helpful personality
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to perform tasks with little supervision
  • Work well with others at events with large attendances and under pressure/stressful situations
