J.C. Hill, CPA is a small well-established professional accounting practice located in Langley.  We provide compilation, review, bookkeeping, taxation and consulting services for a diverse range of owner-managed businesses and individuals.

We are seeking a full-time receptionist/bookkeeper.  Duties include: directing telephone calls and appointments, invoicing, making deposits, incoming and outgoing mail, filing, handling various vendors and office equipment, simple client bookkeeping, etc.

Strong English communication skills and keyboarding skills are essential.  Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, QuickBooks and Sage 50 accounting software is an asset.  We will train more complex details of this position.

The successful candidate is friendly, dependable and organized.

We will also consider a flexible work week; however, full time during tax season March 1 to April 30th is mandatory.
