Job Description:

Our client, an international tour and event management company, is looking for professional and customer service focused Event Assistants October 16-18th downtown Vancouver. Event Assistants will be interacting with tour guests, helping greet guests and organize post conference dinners/activities, check names off guest lists, and other general event assistant duties. Event assistants will also be stationed outside different venues to help direct guests to various venues, hotels and restaurants as a part of their tour.


  • Previous customer service, hospitality or event experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, helpful personality
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to perform tasks with little supervision
  • Work well with others at events with large attendances and under pressure/stressful situations
  • Must be available October 18th from either 8am-4pm or 6pm-11pm. Other shifts available on Oct 16 + 17 as well
