Responsibilities and duties:

  • Confirm routing availability, schedule appointments according to technicians availability
  • Answer multiple calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with customer complaints, document all incidents and occurrences
  • Can work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Capable of taking initiative and can work independently with minimal direction
  • Document and update customer records
  • Consistent attendance, punctual


  • Experience working within a Call Center environment (Willing to train the right person)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience working independently and within a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, and provides flexibility to adapt to changes quickly


  • Competitive salary, Full time


  • $17.00/hour
