We are a Canadian background screening company supporting high-profile clients around the world and across every industry. Our head office is located in Hamilton, Ontario with employees, contractors and partners situated across Canada.

We currently have a full time home-based opening for an I.T. Client Account Navigator/Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests through our online communication portal, but never sacrifice quality for speed.
  • Navigate client requests by: assigning work to various consultants and resources; editing results; providing client status reports and completed files.
  • Maintain client and candidate rapport by providing a high level of responsive service.
  • Maintain continuous process improvements and a QA program
  • Assist in administrative duties and provide support to the Division Manager, when required.
  • Other assigned tasks and back-up coverage, when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment or Corporate Customer Service.
  • Background screening experience is an asset.
  • Possess remarkable communication skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated, energetic and driven to succeed.
  • Familiar with online portals, and software-as-a-service (computer savvy)
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite, Google Suite and Email
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Proven experience working to a deadline [familiar with ‘I needed it yesterday’]
  • Relative post-secondary education is an asset
  • French-speaking is an asset
