This role will be part of a dynamic team tasked with providing day-to-day support to members of the global sales team using several internal tools and administrative systems. Reporting to the Sales Administration Department, we’re seeking someone who is versatile, fully bilingual and energetic to handle various tasks in a stimulating sales environment. 


Monitor customer accounts using the client relationship management (CRM): 

  • Ensure all customer information is correct 
  • Regular updates to various sections of the CRM 
  • Update and tracking exception discounts on quotes following the non-standard pricing process 
  • Create and maintain customer lists & other various sales documents 
  • Answer various customer inquiries regarding their accounts 
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales executives and sales management team members as required 
  • Participate in the annual review of our channel partner program 
  • Support and collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS departments 
  • Work on special projects, depending on sales team needs 


  • College diploma in office technology or related field or any combination/experience relevant education 
  • Over 5 years’ of relevant experience in a similar position 
  • Perfectly bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English, Spanish an asset) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to work independently and on a team 
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment 
  • Versatility, attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactive and team spirit 
  • Adept at managing priorities 

Technical Requirements: 

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Knowledge of a client relationship management software (MS Dynamics CRM/Sales Force an asset) 
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (MS Dynamics GP an asset) 
  • Experience in the software industry, an asset
