Customer Service Representative – Automotive Aftermarket

Get ready to drive business.

SMP/Blue Streak®, a company in the Automotive Aftermarket, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative at their Mississauga office.  Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and possess excellent communication skills.   

Responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and process customer orders, returns and inquiries.
  • Interact with customers, internal departments and sales representatives.
  • Input customer orders and returns into the computer system in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, results oriented, and capable of decision making and problem solving.
  • Professional manner with strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in French would be an asset, but is not mandatory.
