Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for overall personnel planning and appoint middle managers, directors and supervisors as needed;
  • Develop company goals and formulate implementing programs, make schedule and review budget by referring to the formulation and approval of important corporate policies, strategies and programs;
  • Lead the establishment of key functions and divisions, set up associated senior staff positions, oversee the operation of HR, legal and accounting departments;
  • Review the plans for and approve marketing campaigns with a focus on the coordination between various regions, departments and functions;
  • Collaborate with different departments throughout the development procedure to ensure timely completion of all objectives and milestones;
  • Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company in situations as needed;
  • Assign a variety of resources involving human resource, materials and financial resource in a rational, effective and efficient manner, play a crucial role in coordinating and formulating financial / administrative controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A university degree or college diploma;
  • More than two years of experience in executive / senior manager positions in real estate development / construction / facility projects;
  • Keen sense in property development and site planning preferred;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, be organized and handle multiple priorities with proved leadership;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, strategic planning, and project management skills;
  • Good written and great verbal communication skills and problem solving abilities.
