Program Administrative Coordinator

  • Process program registrations, Prepare/maintain files, paperwork and info with respect to all members/progams, Provide admin support to program Leaders, as required 
  • Oversee and review coach/staff hours for payroll 
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the gym, liaise with cleaning staff and parent volunteers, maintain inventory 
  • Receive, resolve or redirect parental enquiries for programs 
  • Review website and social media to ensure program information and details are up-to-date and accurate

Desired qualifications-

  • Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • A minimum of 1 or more years of non-profit management experience or other related management experience
  • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle tough queries and follow RGA policies and rules
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and function effectively without continuous direction
  • Establish work priorities, excellent multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Previous experience with a sports facility preferred
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
