Established in 1977, we are a family business looking for an experienced and diligent office administrator to manage all office interactions from bookkeeping to customer service.

Required Skills

  • Experienced with AR/AP,QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, purchase orders and pricing.
  • Knowledgeable in positive customer service and sales
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft office.
  • Degree / Diploma /certificate in bookkeeping, accounting, relevant discipline is an asset.

Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Exemplary organizational skill and follow-through
  • Self-starter, solution oriented and able prioritize many requests
  • Possess the ability to work well independently and as a member of the team
