Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the wholesale operations, processes and achievements
  • Manage and supervise staff, assign duties to them and carry out performance appraisal
  • Conduct market research and analyze the trends to predict consumer demand, potential sales volumes and focus
  • Attending and present the company at various trade shows and events on our behalf
  • Identify product varieties to be sold, develop price and credit policies and implement them
  • Select and purchase raw materials / half-products aimed for resale
  • Take charge of implementing marketing strategies
  • Determine budgets, expenditures and perform related plans
  • Handle conflicts with business partners and deal with customer complaints, maintain customer relationships for future purchases
  • Set up requirements for staff and assist in recruitment

Requirements:

  • Completion of post-secondary education is required
  • Minimum two years of related experience
  • Be a good communicator and able to encourage teamwork with certain leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Travel as necessary
