We are looking for a passionate, driven, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team in our fun Downtown Vancouver office! You are an ideal candidate if you are high achieving sales professional, a natural leader, and a go-getter! In this role, you will be a key member supporting the sales team; and you will have the opportunity to be our first impression to all prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be on the front line of our sales process
  • Lead qualification and development for handoff to Sales Executive
  • Outbound prospecting using sales automation tools
  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop and implement outreach strategies for your inbound leads and targeted outbound activities
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers and create next steps including scheduling meetings with the sales team for further qualification
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential and current customers
  • Uncover potential opportunities across the customer lifecycle (new business, upsell/cross-sell) for the Sales Team
  • Educate current and potential customers about our products and services

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B enterprise software in an inside sales or lead generation role
  • Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing or other related degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Experience using Hubspot an asset
