This positions requires demonstrated experience in a call centre. Also required is:

  • Managing high volume of inbound & outbound calls
  • Managing customer objections and complaints
  • Managing internal databases
  • Liaising with customers in regards to orders and items purchased/being purchased
  • Answering enquiries regarding to products and services
  • Handling follow up calls from start to finish of purchasing

Profile

  • High attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a call centre handling high volume calls
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • An exceptional attitude and ability to deliver customer service of the highest level
