For our start-up client in Burnaby we are looking for an full cycle Bookkeeper / Office Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on the full-cycle Accounts Receivable
  • You will be doing the full-cycle Accounts Payable
  • You will be in charge of the bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll
  • You will be responsible for the office administration
  • You will do the reporting for Monthly/Quarterly to the management and government (GST, PST, WCB & Source Deductions)
  • You will be working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • You will handle the monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations;
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • You are organised and independent
  • You have +5 years of experience in a bookkeeper role
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • You are attentive to details
