The Position: We are looking to bring on a project manager to join the team. Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee.   • Driver’s license and vehicle
  • Comprehension of flooring and tile materials, installation materials, install process, etc.


  • Directly accountable for all aspects of project performance
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/clients for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/clients
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
