Your responsibilities:
- Managing all areas related to product engineering, manufacturing operations and quality.
- Establishing quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians and engineers.
- Establishing in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
- Assessing the current quality programs and take initiatives to value the delivery to the customer.
- Managing the customer experience and satisfaction
- Evaluating field failure rates and trends
- Working with KPI and reports
- Collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D and Delivery Managers.
- Developing the continuous improvement working closely with the Production Manager.
- Managing a global team of employees and suppliers (Canada / Europe and Asia): Quality Leaders.
Your profile:
- +7/10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Management
- Certification ASQ
- Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt)
- Technical leadership experience
- Product development experience
- Manufacturing experience (understanding of ISO 9001)
- Strong customer service attitude
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience implementing best practices across global facilities
