Your responsibilities:

  • Managing all areas related to product engineering, manufacturing operations and quality.
  • Establishing quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians and engineers.
  • Establishing in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
  • Assessing the current quality programs and take initiatives to value the delivery to the customer.
  • Managing the customer experience and satisfaction
  • Evaluating field failure rates and trends
  • Working with KPI and reports
  • Collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D and Delivery Managers.
  • Developing the continuous improvement working closely with the Production Manager.
  • Managing a global team of employees and suppliers (Canada / Europe and Asia): Quality Leaders.

Your profile:

  • +7/10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Management
  • Certification ASQ
  • Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt)
  • Technical leadership experience
  • Product development experience
  • Manufacturing experience (understanding of ISO 9001)
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience implementing best practices across global facilities
