Permanent Full Time Position

Job Summary:  Under the direction of the National Manager, PSP Operations, and responsive to the service needs of the Base Commander, the Senior Manager PSP plans, coordinates, manages, and controls the operations and delivery of personnel support programs (PSP), including hospitality (messes), physical fitness, sports, recreation, Health Promotion, Special Interest Activities (SIA) and community service programs. He/She also participates in the development and implementation of Base policy and oversees fitness training and sports programs, policies, and directives. He/She ensures programs delivered are relevant to enhancing operational performance and provides technical advice on PSP operations to senior Base officers. He/She also advises on the policies regarding military participation in CAF and civilian events. He/She manages employees and ensures recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Physical Education, or a related field, AND some years of management experience in a related field

OR

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Physical Education, Recreation or Health Promotion AND several years of management experience in a related field

OR

A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.  This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience

Language Requirement:  English Essential

Salary:  $84,230 - $105,320 per annum

Relocation:   The successful candidate may be eligible for relocation benefits as per the NPF Relocation Policy
