We are currently looking to fill a Full Time Receptionist position commencing immediately. The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of reception experience and have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Reporting to the Office Manager of the company, the Receptionist will provide professional administrative support for the company’s Office Manager, Broker Owner and Various Real Estate Agents, along with running the day to day switchboard duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors
  • Receiving/sorting/processing incoming and outgoing mail, and courier packages
  • Booking/Scheduling Listing and Showing Appointments
  • Creating documents using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Contacting agents with confirmed appointments/cancellations
  • Design and print Feature Sheets
  • Use of Design Center – Re/Max, Top Producer, Matrix, Geowarehouse
  • Create Waivers & Amendments
  • Various Administrative functions


  • Minimum 2-3+ Years of Experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with paging systems 
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Diplomacy and tact in communication with all levels of employees, clients and visitors
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Appropriate business attire

 Hours of work:     

        Monday – Friday
