Duties and Responsibilities:


  • General administrative functions to support the team
  • Filing and database management
  • Process payments and invoices
  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience managing databases
