This role is the first point of contact for customers, both in the retail store and in the field (outside sales) at customer locations. Providing a consistently high standard of professional service and advice to customers and potential customers is the #1 priority. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, a comprehensive knowledge of makeup products and current trends, and strong selling and new business development skills are required in this role.

RETAIL SALES (2 or 3 days/week)

Primary sales presence in Face Station Professional Makeup store – ensure positive and welcoming customer experience Greet and serve customers , field enquiries and demonstrate products. Restock, tidy and clean store displays and testers.   Open and close the store, operate credit/debit terminal and Lightspeed point-of-sale transaction processing.  Receive and process orders on phone and email Assist with inventory counts and set up/teardown for trade shows

OUTSIDE (FIELD) SALES (2 or 3 days/week)

Research, list and develop new business and prospective customers. Prepare and distribute materials, quotations, proposals, and samples. Conduct outreach to prospective and existing customers – phone, email, in person visits to demonstrate products, advise on special offers and opportunities.
