Seeking qualified competent Interior Designer to assist with designing, planning and implementation of new projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in designing stage including, but not limited to, block planning, feasibility study, space planning, design concept, presentation drawings, color boards, etc. Assist in project implementation including, but not limited to, space analysis and programming, site measuring, floor plans and as-built drawings update, etc. Sample library update. meetings and co-ordination with suppliers. Design materials, products sourcing and acquisition of samples. Attend Internal Co-ordination and Project Meetings. Only qualified applicants will be contacted

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in an Interior design practice
  • Passionate about design
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong design capabilities Space planner
  • Experience with construction of environments (kitchens, living rooms, etc.)
  • Experience with custom-made furniture
  • Fully proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs, keep projects on schedule, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with fast-paced project schedules
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent Inter-Personal Skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction and the ability to read blueprints and floor plans
  • Must be self starter
