Under the authority of the Sales and Marketing Manager and working together with the other Customer Account Manager, responsibilities are managing and growing existing accounts and ensuring that the quality of service provided meets the customers’ expectations as well as growing and developing of new accounts.

Main tasks

  • Manages and grow existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule;
  • Responsible for overseeing the order confirmation (pricing and customer delivery schedule) as coordinated with purchaser (ensuring material is issued);
  • Main point of contact from Customer to Tripar
  • Manages existing accounts and ensures that the service provided meet their expectations by rigorously adhering to account follow-ups, return calls and emails;
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
  • Is a contact between sales and production
  • Demonstrates product knowledge to existing/potential customer and assists them in selecting the right parts to best suit to their needs;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed;

Technical skills

  • Minimum of 5yrs of managing accounts
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Capable of reacting quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent skills in analyzing customer trends
  • Diligence and effectiveness in working in a team
  • Bilingual- Masters English verbal and written
  • Strong aptitudes in IT internal systems (Word, Excel) Bonus if they have experience with Sugar CRM and Profit Key
