3Shape User Support Technician
We are a leader in technology sales, support, service and repair for digital dental CAD/ CAM software, scanners and intraoral impression taking devices. We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team.

Salary/Benefits: $26 an hour. Group medical, dental and insurance benefits are available after 3 months of employment. Variable bonuses are paid from time to time in response to meeting or exceeding organizational benchmarks.

Formally trained in 3Shape software (i.e. attended a 3Shape training course) is mandatory; fluency in English, although working knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset; minimum of 1-year experience supporting 3Shape software and training events; advanced computer skills; customer service experience; completion of High School Diploma and some form of post-secondary education.
This role’s main responsibilities will be to provide first-line technical support to users experiencing difficulties with 3Shape software and to train customers on 3Shape software, troubleshooting of digital cases for dental manufacturing and demonstration of the 3Shape software. Other client support may include assisting customers with design, ortho, Trios, CAM (SUM3D), alloy and zirconia applications. The successful candidate must also possess the following attributes:

This position reports to the support team lead based in San Diego, California and must be able to travel across Canada as well as internationally on a limited basis.
