We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Care department, handling calls for our partner, Bell Canada.  The objective is to ensure that all of our residential customers are offered exceptional customer service while selling/up-selling, and retaining our telecom clients’ services.

What You Will Do

Our Customer Service Representatives handle incoming calls from existing and potential Bell Canada customers. You will be handling back-to-back phone calls while entering concise/brief notes (ex: adjustments made to the customer’s account, promos applied, rescheduling of appointments, retention tactics, etc.) with a high level of speed and accuracy.

A typical call involves:

  • Providing professional and knowledgeable service.
  • Establishing strong customer relations with both existent and potential customers.
  • Actively seeking out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers.

What You’re Good At

  • Customer Service – We want our clients to feel your smile through the phone!
  • Communication – You need strong written and verbal communication skills to excel in this role.
  • Sales – Upselling is a critical part of this job.  Previous experience selling on commission or in a call centre will move you to the front of the line.
  • Computer Savvy – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new programs is essential to your success in our call centre.
  • Flexibility – Many of our shifts involve evenings and weekends, so the ability to work flexible hours is crucial.
