This is a PART-TIME position - 25 hrs. a week

  • This role typically supports a large group or department in coordinating project files, managing information flow, or arranging travel schedules and meeting planning.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and or correspondence of a non-standard nature.
  • May develop new or revise processes and/or procedures, or recommend improvements in support of a department or group of managers.
  • Will support study, design, and construction projects.
  • Independently prepare reports, presentations and correspondence and coordinate their production.
  • Coordinates and tracks project submittals and field communications.
  • Set up and maintain project records as well as filing.
  • Routinely solve problems and questions that normally arise in the course of the job.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data in response to special requests.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and maintain schedules.
  • Have frequent interaction with senior management and staff from across the firm.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-6 years of clerical experience supporting large, complex projects/programs.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of internet/intranet is also necessary.
