Accounting / Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a detailed oriented, full accounting cycle bookkeeper. Past experience in real estate/land development is a strong asset. Will report directly to the Controller.

Job Description

  • A/P - Prepare monthly check runs
  • Prepare HST filings, government remittances as necessary
  • Assist in submitting construction draw request documentation and cost schedules
  • Bank reconciliations and bank journal entries
  • Process payroll through payroll service
  • Other related duties, special projects as required


  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in accounting
  • 3-5 years accounting / bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with accounting software an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi task/organize information in a timely manner
