Job Description

Assist friendly team of Investment executives in lovely Toronto firm. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling meetings, running reports, processing client paperwork, maintaining database, assisting clients and team members as needed. 

Very friendly office of professional people.  A learning environment and a fun place to work. Use your Microsoft Word and Excel.  Assisting with electronic filing, calendar management and meeting planning as well as assisting high net worth clients.

Job Requirements

Good administrative skills,  excellent telephone manner, excellent organizational skills. minimum of 1 years experience in administrative functions.  Investment firm or Financial Services firm experience is a plus.  CRM Database experience is a plus. Should be excited to develop a career in Financial Services.

Recent college grad with some Investment experience also considered.
