We are the leading edge software provider of data management and analysis software to the energy industry, including ZEMA Suite, a powerful combination of a massive energy database and an advanced set of web based tools that help companies view, analyze, and easily distribute market intelligence throughout the organization.

We are looking for a Service Quality Analyst to join to the team to provide client support to our external and internal clients and will be responsible to ensure our production and demo environments are operational and performing well.


  • Data process monitoring
  • Database, Log, Processor, and System Monitoring
  • Application support and maintenance
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues/errors and anomalies
  • Light phone coverage


  • Proficiency in computer technology
  • Customer service skills with particular ability to explain complex concepts in everyday language to non-technical clients
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks in timely manner
  • IT related educational background are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work various shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as this is a 24/7 operations team
  • Ability to follow standard processes with discipline and attention to detail
  • Provide feedback to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation
