Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer question / inquiries over the phone, perform quotes and follow-ups, work closely with production / machine shop regarding client order status, among other duties as assigned. This is a full time / permanent position.

Qualifications:

  • Post - Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer proficiency and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Bilingual (English and French)
