Job Duties Overview:

Property Manager is responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of residential buildings. Reporting to the President of Meshal Holding LTD, the Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of over 50 tenants. And supervision of Maintenance and Administrative staff. This is a customer service-focused role and we are looking to fill the role with someone who knows how to drive results and keep our tenants satisfied.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary tenant contact for requests, (i.e. billing issues, lease inquiries, service amenities, special requests, telecommunications etc.) and responsible for initial complaint follow-up and resolution.
  • Liaise between tenants in regard to construction build outs of tenant premises, i.e. noise level, access into adjacent tenant premises, tenant issues, etc.
  • Coordinate all pre-move in and move-in requirements such as suite address, post office box, tenant information guide, etc.
  • Meet with individual tenants regularly to review building features, procedures, and tenant service requirements.
  • Manage all the financial and accounting affairs such as deposits and monthly collection and bank deposit.
  • Update Lease summaries on an ongoing basis to ensure Lease changes are recorded accurately.
  • Review all communication, including individual communications, sent out to tenants to ensure they are accurate, user friendly and consistent with service mission.
  • Identify underperforming units and recognize opportunities to create value.
  • Review all lease proposals for all prospective and actual lease transactions, financial impact of each potential transaction.
  • Supervision of the advertisement of the available unit for leasing.
  • Interview the prospective tenants and check the credit reports.

Service/Personal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and financial and accounting skills. Strong organizational skills, solid public relations and promotional orientation. Must be outgoing, confident, self-motivated and possess an eye for detail. The ideal candidate must possess a flare for customer service and be a definite team player who is mature and tactful with a professional image. A self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.

Experience: 

Minimum 5 years experience preferably in financial management and investments. 

Language Requirements:

Excellent of English and Arabic is must.

Education Requirements:

University education certificate in commerce preferred accountancy section.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office computer skills
  • MS Dynamic GP required
  • Knowledge of financial analysis required
  • Knowledge of Accounting required

Salary: 39,600 to 45,000 annually per 40 Hours per week
