The Opportunity

ZE PowerGroup Inc. is a software company located in Richmond, BC. Our ZEMA suite of software is award winning data management and analysis software that provide clients with powerful capabilities for data collection, process automation and business intelligence.

We are seeking an Enterprise Software Sales and Relationship Professional, with experience in selling enterprise software. This individual will be responsible for the sale of products and services within the ZEMA suite. The ideal candidate will undertake prospecting, qualifying, and closing product and/or service opportunities with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Develop new customer acquisition strategies to identify new prospects in response to shifting trends in the industry
  • Undertake sales, marketing, and business development activities
  • Provide solutions that match customer/prospect business requirements and adhere to corporate guidelines and business objectives
  • Work with various departments to prepare product demonstrations
  • Provide upgrade solutions in order to increase company revenues and profits while adding value for our customers
  • Prepare proposals and pricing
  • Participate in proof of concepts
  • Find and respond to requests for proposals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of infrastructure or enterprise software solutions
  • Relevant post-secondary education
  • Experience with energy or commodities preferred
  • Experience in selling to Fortune 1000 companies and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills: speaking, presenting, and writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven sales, marketing, and business development experience in technical services (or a related field)
  • Technically and mathematically oriented
  • Strong communication (speaking, writing, and presenting), interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and result oriented
  • Talent for customer interaction and strong relationship building capabilities
