Our client is current looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing ongoing administrative support to the HR department 
  • Typing letters, data entry and general filing
  • Follow up and maintaining calendars
  • Assist with various special projects
  • Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate must have: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English 
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Previous HR Support experience a strong asset
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Office
  • Adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
