Attached to the Director, your missions will be:

1.        Manage the operational activity of the team

  • Manage the managers
  • Monitor and analyze activity, assess needs

2.        Participate in operational production in support of the daily team:

  • Take calls and manage files
  • Ensure that processes are maintained
  • Track complex issues and manage disputes

3.        Secretariat

  • Manage the mail

Skills required: a versatile person with experience as a manager on a call center, knowing to identify the subject of an application (complaint, follow-up, etc.) responsiveness and sense of responsibility.
