We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to assist with the growth and integration of new franchise partners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business development throughout western Canada through cold calling, client presentations and responding to tenders.  Must be willing to travel extensively and on short notice.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing department to develop collateral material and promotional programs to support the business growth.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team in a coordinated effort to target new accounts.
  • Act as a company representative at various trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and confident individual who is comfortable in generating new business through cold calling and interacting face to face with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong knowledge of business acumen.
  • Very adapt and flexible in their approach
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Confident in interpreting complex solutions and information to assist developing best practice policies and approaches for business development.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
