Part Time Admin Assistant required for Real Estate Office. Requires focused, detail oriented, self starter, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and be a proactive problem solver. Mac computer literate with all related programs including photo/video applications. Real Estate office experience preferred. Our new Team player will be responsible for

  • Uploading MLS documents in various systems
  • Social Media/website applications
  • Preparation of creative marketing, newsletters and advertising flyers, features sheets etc.
  •  Co-ordinate presentation materials
  • Database maintenance
  • Daily office procedural duties
