Job Description:

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and will be responsible to maintain the incredible success of Becker’s Gourmet Restaurant.

The successful candidate will exhibit innovative culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading, developing and monitoring the kitchen brigade and maintaining all day to day food related functions.

Working to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the restaurant.

Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, unique, high quality product is produced. Responsible for smooth delivery of meals to dining guests, keeping food quality and consistency in line with business and within the Alberta Food Safety and our restaurant standards
