We are a custom athletics and sportswear company who is looking to hire a full time Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organization skills to join a relaxed office setting. Formal education or training is a plus but not necessary as training can be provided. 

Responsibilities 

  • Invoicing and Processing Payments in Simply Accounting 
  • Payroll 
  • Filing, organizing and recording expenditures and other documents in Simply Accounting 
  • Assisting clients via e-mail and phone 
  • Managing and paying company bills 
  • Managing client accounts and notifying when payment is due 

Qualifications 

  • Strong Computer Skills 
  • Familiarity with Simply Accounting a strong advantage 
  • Experience with Thunderbird an asset 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience with Square Reader an asset 
  • Able to work independently once given clear instructions 
  • Experience with TeamViewer a plus 

Starting at $12-14 an hour depending on qualifications and experience.
