Our client, a leader in the Real Estate industry, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will provide administrative duties to the executive team and board of directors, including minutes of meetings, generating reports using excel, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position.


  • Post - Secondary Education
  • 5+ years related administrative assistant experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Detail oriented individual with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
