We are currently in search of an outstanding customer service representative for our sales and service desk.

Reporting to the Office Manager your important role is to act as a primary contact for all incoming customer requirements. You will be involved in responding to the sales and service needs of our clients interpreting their needs and communicating those needs to our service department. You will become an expert in handling concerns and being able to defer the answers to any of our subject matter experts. Your role will enable us to serve our customers quickly and efficiently building on our good reputation in residential and commercial building plumbing and HVAC systems. You will ensure that the information is translated and recorded accurately at all stages of the process for the needs of all stakeholders.

You will develop professional working relationships with all customers and team members to drive repeat business and deliver excellent customer service.


You’re a customer service specialist that is never happy unless your customers are and you take great care to ensure that everything is done to show your customers that you and your company cares about them, and their environment.

Ideally you would have some form of relevant post secondary training but experience will be considered as an alternative Confident working in an office calmly dealing with a constantly evolving priority list Enthusiasm, professionalism and punctuality with a willingness to learn new skills and new ideas. Able to multi-task; stay organized and prioritize. Able to work independently, as well as to contribute to a team environment. Communicate clearly and professionally in English in both written and verbal formats You understand what it means to deal with demanding customers in trying circumstances and enjoy the satisfaction of solving each problem to create satisfied, repeat customers. Detail oriented and able to relay both the literal information given as well as the intent of the messaging
