We are looking for a full-time Call Centre BDC Supervisor to join the firm. This person must have strong leadership skills with excellent written and oral capabilities; offer integrity, reliability, and flexibility. Customer service, teamwork and multi-tasking are crucial to the environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising the BDC call centre
  • Mentor and train call centre representatives
  • Accountable for responding to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and other inquiries on a daily basis
  • Communicate with customers to set and confirm service appointments
  • Promptly follow up with client inquiries and requests
  • Supervise and provide ongoing support to the service department staff
  • Meet business goals by providing excellent customer service and responsive follow up
  • Responsible for assuring customer satisfaction to highest standards
  • Promote special service programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive dealership experience preferably in sales or call centre role
  • Reynolds & Reynolds exposure minimum of 1 year
  • Reynolds CM software working knowledge
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook exposure minimum of 1 year
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train call centre representatives
  • Strong team work skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Display positive energy
